The process.
A personalised Trello board featuring your project timeline (set up by yours truly) will show you what I'm working on and when. This will keep you in the loop every step of the way from the initial brainstorming sesh to the final logo review.
I will check in with you regularly to make sure you're happy with the designs and to gather your feedback. All design packages contain an optional 3 rounds of logo revisions to ensure I get your vision just right.
Strategy.
All my packages include some level of brand strategy.
Not sure what that is? Don't panic. I'm here to demystify the whole thing.
Strategy will take your brand from simply looking pretty to actually connecting with your customers. It is the backbone of the whole operation.
Based on the information you will have given me in our initial consultation, I will create an easy-to-follow strategy document. This will include your brand values, mission statement, target audience, brand personality (tone of voice) and key dates for your calendar.
I'll also include a '3 step strategy' tailored to your business. This will help you convert those 'almost' customers into buyers and those buyers into regulars.
The result.
When we've finalised all the designs I will bundle them up in a big file ready to ping to your inbox. This file will include all the deliverables you signed up for in extra high resolution PLUS a brand guidelines document.
This document will contain the DNA of your new brand: your values, your strategy and, of course, your designs and how to use them.
